I have one question as far as posting images.
Do I need them on a Host site or on my PC.
I keep getting a security pop up for a hosting site, to grant access, and if I allow I get the "Page cannot be displayed" message

Host site? no problem I use one regularly.

Thought I'd ask first before posting in from another host site.

You can use a hosting site if you want. I use photobucket just use [IMG] code.
