OCD XII May 31st - June 5th

Over the long jubillee bank holiday weekend had the pleasue of attending OCD or better known as oldtimers cruise of Devon. The Nature of the event was 1967 & pre vw campers with only 30 places which sold out real quick. We all met at junc 27 on the M5 on the 31st may but after that only Buzz the organiser knew the route. It generally intaled cruising in a convoy of 30 splitty's around the back roads of devon & cornwall to a picturess location then onto the campsite over night & the same the next day & so on over the 6 days. Each day it brought the small towns & villages to a stand still as this train of vehicles snaked its way through them with jaws on the floor totally amazing to see there faces.

Hartland quay now thats a place well worth the visit, a national trust site which was so picturesque with pub , touristy shops & beach.











With such stunning locations made for a fantastic long weekend.

We covered some 925miles with only a bolt falling out the drivers seat back rest which was soon found & fixed. the whole trip an unbelievable experience & hope the pics give the event some justice of how good it was.
