Herne Bay Classic Car Show - Saturday 4th May 2013 - CLUB STAND

To make sure that you are on our club stands at the shows throught the year you will need to:

Fill in the application form (Mention Thanet Classics)
Have the correct payment amount
Put it all in an envelope with your name on
Give it to Shaun/Lee at a meet

The reason we need to do this so that all booking can be sent off
together in one go to make sure that we can all be parked together as a
club stand.
The monies will be paid into the club bank account and a cheque will be sent from the club for the total amount.
Tickets will be distributed once received at meets prior to the event or on the morning of the event before leave.

Have seen and spoken to Caroline at the Viking Ship Café this afternoon and we would be most welcome to come and display our classics.
So guys I know it has been a disappointment that Herne Bay has been cancelled, but...... doesn't mean we can't show off our pride and joy elsewhere!
Time 1pm. Saturday 4th May. Be nice to hear if you would like to come along even if it is just for an hour or two.

Sorry to you guys that Sunday would have been better but a decision had to be made and bearing in mind this was very short notice! we were only trying to find another location to display following the disappointment that Herne Bay had been cancelled and a lot of members had arranged being available on that day.
On the other hand if anyone can make a suggestion for the Sunday or even the Monday that would be great too!!
