Photographed on sunday at JD Classics in Essex in for a £500,000 refurbishment and no that is not a made up figure.

JD's is another world, That VW was one of the cheaper resto's
I did post a photo of it on a rotisserie last year on the photo thread.

Next door there is another exotic resto company owned by a friend, one of the car in there last August was insured for £10,000,000, yes 7 zeros.
Another belonged to a sheik.

A small insegnificant trading estate in a little backwood village, millions of pounds hiding unseen.

i kinda read that wrong, i thought it was for sale for that price!
the fact that that is the resto cost makes it worse!!!!
i can see the quality of the work from the pics is very high and i am in no way knocking it, but come on. wher did they get that figure from, plucked one out of thin air and x it by 30.

That Rover is a genuine P6 Prototype code named the Talago fitted with a buick V8 engine

Well worth the trip.
No matter how deep you are into classics and restoring them this place is a world apart for any, and I mean any, car enthusiast.

You might never get a chance to see anything the likes of again.
Worth a Thanet classic calender entry.
