These holes definitely aren't BB gun sized, think through one side and out the other

| Assuming this is a serious question.....
How to repair the small (bullet, really???) holes depends on what panel they are on and what shape the panel is and what shape exactly the holes are.
If on a curved panel, I would first try and hammer and dolly the damage back to flat if the metal is still there (pushed in "star shaped" hole) and then you may be able to weld the holes up with minimal distortion once dressed back to flat (assuming decent gauge of steel and on a curved / shaped section of bodywork. This assumes that the welding will not distort the panel noticably. Use a block of copper behind the hole to act as a heat sink.
However, if a clean hole on a flat section, distortion from the welding heat may be a problem, again hammer and dolly the area to original shape then make a patch slightly bigger than the hole, apply weld thru primer, and plug weld the patch to the bodywork. Then clean up the outside, tin and lead load the area for a permanent "metal finish" repair.
Your mig or gas welding skills do need to be very good to do this though!
