Paint / Filler / finish filler

Have decided that this year is over for the DLM.

Be up to eight weeks for the wheels, yes 8 weeks.

When they were sent to MWS I was told up to eight weeks for the finished items back to me.

It was then found the centres are not usable as well.

Four weeks for specials to be made and back to MWS. so when they get them back I presume it will be back to four weeks.



Anyway my question.

Looking for advice as to what the pros use with regards to a filler used to fine fill dints and scratches in the ally bodywork.



This is the worst offender, about the size of a hand.





There is also a lot of small dents and ripples around the body.

Also I'll go back to what I did in the 70's namely fill in and smooth over the body rivets.





Also any hints,

been over thirty years since I did any of this so whats on the market these days



PAINT!

I will be brush / roller painting this time, less hassle.

But what brush paint would be best in the engine bay.



The colour by the way is 'John Deer yellow'

they make a metalic filler which has less flex in it also bonds better to bare metal, bit more pricey tho. as for paint have no idea
