| OK so this is interesting as owning classic cars probably is better than having money in the bank, you can use them, have enjoyment from them and still know that at the end of the day you will get atleast what you paid (if not ALOT more) back for them... | I can see that racking up the prices and make them beyond reach to the enthusiast, who would appreciate and use them, Not just hide them away like fine art gets hidden away as an investment.
Thats my opinion anyway

| I definitely can see that happening with VW's especially high priced stuff like old vans and beetles. But I still don't think it stops them being bought out for shows!
