Heritage Transport Show - Saturday 6th April 2013 - CLUB STAND

Meeting point for next weekend!


Heritage Transport Show at Detling Showground,
If you are signed up for this show, please make sure you meet us at normal meeting place below for the cruise up together.

Saturday 6th April
Meet just of St Nicolas Roundabout
(Go into the lay by on Potten Street Road).
8.00am to leave promptly at 8.15am



I have just had my application form through for this.

Heritage Transport Show
Kent Showground, Detling, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3JF

10am till 4pm

Working again with the South East Bus Festival who will be arranging many vintage bus rides around the showground throughout the day. (www.arrivabus.co.uk/southeastbusfestival)
Auction of vehicles and large machinery details should be in classic car buyer before hand. (www.heritagetransportauction.com)
Autojumble and Trade Stands

Each exhibit will allow two people free entrance into the event. Additional tickets can be purchased pre show for £5 per person (Under 12s Free) on your application form or from www.kentshowground.co.uk
Prices on gate for visitors will be £8 per person, under 12s free.

I will contact the organiser to try and arrange a similar spot to last year (Inside and relatively warm).

To make sure that you are on our club stands at the shows throught the year you will need to:

Fill in the application form (Mention Thanet Classics)
Have the correct payment amount
Put it all in an envelope with your name on
Give it to Shaun/Lee at a meet

The reason we need to do this so that all booking can be sent off
together in one go to make sure that we can all be parked together as a
club stand.
The monies will be paid into the club bank account and a cheque will be sent from the club for the total amount.
Tickets will be distributed once received at meets prior to the event or on the morning of the event before leave.
