Hi series 1 106 rallye owner

Hi I know it's not strictly a classic but I have a series 1 peugeot 106 rallye that I am currently restoring. The only thing holding it back is the fact that I can't weld, it needs the rear of the offside sill replacing
My plan is to go for a concourse original car that is already on it's way to being a classic

I have a complete brand new replacement rear 3/4 for the car (unfortunately they don't sell sills for 106's)

Can anyone recommend somewhere or someone to weld it and put it in primer ready to resprayed in the future?

The car is still drivable at present but looking in the engine bay it may need some work in there too so I am planning on stripping it to a bare shell
