| Hi everyone, Saw some of you today - next to my house in Ramsgate, felt frustrated because I do not know nobody of you so decided to join the club. I am a happy owner of a first edition VW 1303 built in 1973, coming from Romania where the car and his owner where involved in classic car clubbing and other kind of automotive social events. Hope to be part of some here as well. About me: I am 42 years old, graduated mechanical engineer, working in automotive business. Moved to Ramsgate from London last year and looking to establish new connections and why not new friendships. Thank you for reading.  | |

| hi, i've been following the thanet classics page for a while now but thought id join here as i didnt know anyone at the bucket and spade run yesterday! i turned 17 less than 2 months ago and for a long time ive wanted nothing but a classic car so for my first car i decided to get my self a 1980 Austine Morris Mini 1000, i passed my test a week ago and i have loved every second with it. the car is in bright green so theres no way you can miss me! the cars far from perfect at the moment but while owning it id love to get it as near to perfect as possible some day.  im coming down to the monthly meet tomorrow so i'll hopefully see some of you there, looking forward to meeting people with simmilar interests!
