| Hello everyone  My name is Sherry and I live on Sheppey. Although I have always been 'into' cars, I have just started out with a 'hobby car' which is a Mk2 Xr2i. Only an 1989 year car so not quite the classic car yet. My partner is in the 'car game' and has played about with Old school Fords since the 80's so he does all the work at the moment. When the cash comes up, we plan to do more Escorts, Capris and Cortinas. | |

If your interested my friend has asked me to sell her dads Capri. All I know at the moment is it's a kinda golden colour 1.6 but that's all I know ATM. Believe it's garages so should be in reasonable nick. If you or other half is interested let me know and when I can get round to get the details I will. | |

| Yeah I will do. Her dad passed away a few weeks ago and I'm not going to rush to sell it in case she has a change of heart but if she is set on it I will post details shortly. I would love a Capri, but I can't justify keeping it on a road in all weathers and I have no garage. | |

| Oh dear  Thats ok, I totally understand. Yeah. We have a garage but also 2 kids. I'd love to restore a Capri or an old Ecsort but once its done I wouldnt know what to do with it. Wouldnt wanna just sell it straight away but havent got the time for shows or the available space to store it for too long. | |

| I remember seeing a lovely orange one a few years ago at the mod show at Detling hill. That was a beast, done really well.
Im not sure whether to keep the xr2 totally original or make it classy but unique :-S ? | |
