| Need a new tank for my '83 breadvan, one of the first MK2's.
Had a late Mk2 ('89) tank so went to put that on this afternoon and it is MASSIVE compared to the one on it at the moment, so after a bit of googling I need either a Mk1 Polo fuel tank or an early 83/84 Mk2 Tank.
Any help would be appreciated!

| never bothers me me. you are either professional or not and know how to do it. when we where weldiing the turbines on jet engines you could not have more than a weld of over 0.10 mm yes only a few thousands of an inch and no grinding. bill | |

| I have heard that if you weld a tank they can become porous?
Was petropatch just liquid metal or something then?
