| Cheers tony, i exchanged labour in to get this car from queens court garage in herne bay in 2006 it was faded and looking shabby back then, i have spent a few quid tinkering and renewing behind the scenes, the car is not concours never will be but it does look good at any pace and an absolute blast to drive when the devil takes you. i do have loads of pics. but i prefer to keep them tucked up |

| My dad was a car mechanic and major dub head [ vw beatle ] I was a car mechanic, [ got bored ] started at 13 yrs of age, so there is not much that i cant take apart, fix or find a solution for. I don't do for a living which makes it even more enjoyable imo. |

| Hi Dennis, Love the E30 mate. They are definetly getting some classic/ retro car magazine interest now so are well on the way to classics. Toyed with buying one on a few occasions for a daily drive but couldnt be parted with my 80's Saab 900's!
My brother is seriously thinking of parting with his 300zx TT for an E30 M3. Problem is the M3 is worth more now! | |

| Cheers mate, took me a while to find a decent 2 door, well i have two e30's now buts another story lol. your brother will need at least 10 large to obtain a decent e30 m3 and with them being left hand drive, is it worth the grief, when you can buy a e30 sport for instance and drop a e36 m3 lump in it and have a sleeper for less than the price of a e30 m3 |

| Yep thats a fair point. You would end up afraid to use an actual M3 because of its value now. Better to have an E30 you can use! I will mention this to him. | |

| Hi dennis! Have you checked out www.e30zone.net (its down for maintainance at the moment but will be back by Monday I reckon. It's a great e30 specific forum and you can find out so much about it. Tell 'em I sent you! (I am robbo86 on there as well). I am a bit of a BMW fanboy. My first was an e30 318i which I dropped the IS engine in and converted to manual. Then I had an e34 525 which I sold today and now I'm on an e36 328. Will look out for your introductory post! | |
