Pilgrims Hospice Summer Fayre, 16th July, CLUB STAND FULL

The Pilgrims Hospice have asked us to send some cars to their summer Fayre this year.

Please come along and join us for our Summer Fair on Saturday 16th July
2011. There will be many craft stalls, a bottle tombola, raffle, BBQ and
much, much more. We look forward to seeing you again this year.

16th July
11am till 3pm (we will need to be there before 11)

Maximum of 25 cars. If more than 25 sign up, I will try to make it so that we have a good variety of vehicles on the stand, i.e. not 5 beetles for example.

Cost: Obviously FREE.

Remember that the Pilgrims Hospices take a lot of money to keep running every year and with out the support of local groups they probably wouldn't be able to afford to operate.
And of course the Pilgrims Hospice is our charity for this year and supporting them is very important.

Let me know if you are up for this, and I will get together a list and send out more details once I know them.

I shall very likely be away that weekend so cannot sign up to anything at present. If I am around, however, and you still need to fill spaces, I will come along. Assuming it is at or near the Hospice, I would be able to bring both cars if necessary.

Its in the Hospital Car Park (did I not put this in the first post! )

If I am going to be able to do this and the D,B of May I will need camp overnight.
Can you recommend somewhere suitable for an over night Tent pitch.
Or a B&B for the Sat. night.

Oh yeah, I forgot all about the golf.

There are lots of caravan parks around Thanet but not all allow tents.
It may be worth looking Reculver or Herne Bay way.

More important only a few hundred yards form the 299/28 roundabout meet point, In St Nicholas.
